Shatil Meets the Hadassah Foundation Board

We had a special visitor at the Hadassah Foundation's Board Meeting last week--Naomi Schacter (pictured, at center, back row), Shatil's associate director, came by to meet the Board and talk about the challenges faced by women in Israel. We covered a broad set of issues--from the difficulties faced by women who want to marry and divorce free of religious coercion, to the challenges faced by contract workers.
